About Me

Perspective

Hi, I’m Janice and I’m a mother and wife, traveler, and business owner.  On a personal level, I’ve been through the ups and downs of motherhood, good and bad economies in Corporate America, life in the country and in the biggest city in the world, life down the street from my parents and in a foreign country 9,000 miles away from “home”.  I know life is messy and often unplanned, but I believe we can still create a strategy to guide us to professional success.  I use all my experience, both professional and personal, to deliver solutions to my clients.  I know the intersection of business and personal life must be delicately managed.

While there is no shortage of news to consume for those seeking to head down the path of entrepreneurship, virtually all is focused on “bigtime” startups seeking investors and scaling quickly.  Little advice is left for the everyday small business owner beyond a few inspirational quotes.  My goal is to build business acumen in developing entrepreneurs and equip them with the ability to confidently launch and grow their business.  If you are a small business owner or would like to start a business but face any of these four common challenges, I’m here to help:

  1.  You don’t know where to start and are overwhelmed with the number of decisions you need to make.
  2. You lack a network of advisors, coaches, and mentors to help guide you.
  3. You don’t feel confident in conveying or selling your idea or products to others.
  4. You don’t think there’s any way you can add one more thing into your schedule.  There simply aren’t enough hours in the day for you to start a business.
